A bit about me
Who am I?
I am David Aspin, a 19 year old from Winchester and am currently studying Physiotherapy at Winchester University
Why did I become a sports massage therapist?
Living an active lifestyle plays a huge part of my life and ever since I was young I've always enjoyed playing sports and being outside. During my years as a teenagers I developed a love for training and how the biomechanics of a movement relate to the strain applied to muscles and how to optimise your recover to reach your peak performance. When the opportunity to become a Level 4 sports massage therapist came to me I signed up straight away. Not only does the subject interest me but also the fact I can help others reach their peak athletic ability excites me and I'd love to help you on your own personal journey to achieving long lasting peak performance.
